He was last seen at the festival at about 11 a.m. and failed to return home later that night.
Police said Angeles was supposed to go to work at 3 a.m., but was a “no-call, no-show,” which is unusual behavior for him.
His car, a 2006 silver Jeep Commander, was last seen on a Flock camera at the northbound I-675 ramp to northbound I-75 near Saginaw at 4:16 p.m. on Saturday, police said in an update on Wednesday, Aug. 20.
“To clear up time stamps the plate reader at the festival had a system error and showed every car leaving at the 12:01 a.m. time frame,” Rockwood police said.
Medical personnel do not have any record of speaking with Angeles, police also announced in their update.
Anyone who has photos of Angeles’ vehicle or has any information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Rockwood Police Department at 734-379-5323.
