Doctor found guilty of assault, indecent exposure to Macomb County elderly woman Faces sentencing as habitual offender

MOUNT CLEMENS, Mich. – A jury has found a Detroit doctor guilty of indecent exposure and assaulting an elderly woman.

According to authorities, Stephen Bruce Mason befriended a 76-year-old woman online and went to her Sterling Heights home, where he made sexual advances that she rejected.
He then reportedly masturbated in front of her .
On Wednesday, Sept. 10, Mason was convicted of assault and aggravated indecent exposure after a two-day trial. He was charged as a habitual offender.
He will be sentenced Oct. 30.
