Farmington Hills K9 officer charged with sexual misconduct against police cadet Man is on paid leave with an internal investigation underway
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – Michael Rybinski, a Farmington Hills K-9 officer, has been charged with one felony count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and four counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The charges involve alleged acts against a teenage female police cadet during an off-duty incident.
Rybinski is now on paid leave with an internal investigation underway.
