An argument between a man and a woman in a car led to a stabbing on the Lodge Freeway Saturday night, police said.
According to Michigan State Police, a 40-year-old Farmington Hills man was driving a car northbound on Lodge Freeway near W Grand Boulevard when he was arguing with a 44-year-old Orchard Lake woman riding in the passenger seat on Sept. 20 at around 11 p.m.

The woman allegedly threw a drink and a liquor bottle at the man, which led to the man stabbing the woman multiple times, police said.
The man was arrested and lodged at the Detroit Detention Center, and the woman was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
