A few scattered showers and storms will continue to bring the chance of heavy rain to a few cities in the Metro Detroit area.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 8 p.m. for Oakland, Wayne, and Monroe counties.
Thursday
Thursday skies will be slow to clear with the possibility of patchy fog in the morning.
There is still a chance of a few showers and storms, but they will be isolated in nature.
Friday
Friday’s skies are clear, and temperatures are expected to rise back into the mid-to-upper 70s.
Weekend forecast
The first weekend of fall will look and feel much more like summer with sunshine and highs in the upper 70s to 80 degrees. Our warm weather continues into October.
