The coldest day of the week is Tuesday, with a few snowflakes just in time for trick or treating!

Colder air will force temperatures well below normal this week. The last couple of days of October will feel more like the first days of a normal December in Southeast Michigan.

Trick-or-treating should be primarily dry, but with colder air in place and a weak disturbance, expect some rain and snow showers late Tuesday night

It is chilly compared to Friday’s weather, when temperatures reached the mid to upper 70s, but Saturday’s 50-degree weather is typical of late October.

After a warm end to the work week, we get a dose of weather whiplash this weekend with much colder temperatures and rain showers

So much for a gradual transition into colder weather, we go from the upper 70s Friday all the way down to the 20s next week.

We start Friday with a couple of raindrops. Then we dry out and warm up into the mid-70s. A few more showers return Friday evening but clear out for the start of the weekend.
