CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A 34-year-old man who spent two years in jail for home invasion is facing new home invasion charges.
According to authorities, police were sent to a Clinton Township condo on Hall Road on Sept. 23 after receiving a 911 call regarding a break-in. The caller was not home at the time, but saw a man enter through her garage on surveillance cameras.

The suspect was not in the condo when police arrived, but a witness reportedly identified the man as a neighbor. He was taken into custody.
On Thursday, Sept. 25, Nicholas Duronlo was charged with second-degree home invasion, two counts of illegal credit card possession, two counts of financial transaction device theft and three counts of sale or use of a financial transaction device.
His bond was set at $100,000 cash/surety 10%. Authorities said he immediately posted bond and was released from the Macomb County Jail with a GPS tether.
