CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – If you got anything cow print in your closet – this is for you. The fast-casual chain known for encouraging people to “Eat More Chikin” is opening a new restaurant and its celebrating in style.
Chick-fil-a is opening a restaurant in Clinton Township on Friday, Oct. 3. The restaurant will be at the corner of Hall Rd. and Romeo Plank just down the street from the Shelby Township location. It’ll be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. The drive-thru will be open until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturdays.
To celebrate its grand opening, guests are welcomed to join the fun by dressing in cow print on opening day to receive a free entrée inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru. Guests can wear a full cow costume, or a simple cow-spotted accessory will do. Since 1995, the Cows have been a beloved part of Chick-fil-A, encouraging people to skip burgers and “Eat More Chikin.”
The opening celebration continues Saturday, Oct. 4 with Michigan Sports Day. One eligible guest will be awarded Free Chick-fil-A for a year by dressing in gear supporting your favorite Michigan high school, college or pro sports team.
