TEASEABLE ELEMENTS:

  • Better chances for rainfall move in by the weekend

After some dry weather to end the weekend, we are going to keep the dry weather under the forecast for the majority of the week ahead, but we do have some cooler temperatures on the way by the time we get to the middle of the week as well.

Through the rest of the evening and into the overnight hours tonight, we will keep some cloud cover in with some sunshine, giving way to partly cloudy skies through the evening and in the overnight.

Tonight will be another chilly night, with overnight low temperatures dropping to around 50° in the metro, but we expect some 40s outside the metro as you wake up on Tuesday morning.

We’re going to watch a frontal boundary roll through the region from Tuesday into Wednesday.

As of right now, we are going to hold onto the slight chance of a rain shower or two, but most everyone looks to remain dry.

And the temperatures in the 70s forecast for Tuesday will drop into the low 60s by Wednesday.

The dry weather will stick around from Thursday into the end of the week on Friday.

Expect plenty of sunshine on Thursday, with a little more cloud cover working into the forecast by the end of the week on Friday.

This is in advance of our next decent chance of rain that moves into the region.

We will keep the cloud cover in the forecast as well as the chance for rain showers both Saturday and Sunday.

Temperatures will warm out of the 60s by the end of the week, reaching the low 70s by Saturday.

Then once this next fern boundary rolls through the region, we will see temperatures fall into the low 60s by the end of the weekend on Sunday.

And then things get even colder; expect high temperatures to drop into the 50s by early next week, on Monday.
