Weather: Sunshine returns for the weekend; some cloud cover for Metro Detroit on Saturday

For Saturday, we will keep a mixture of sunshine and clouds into the forecast thanks to an upper level disturbance that will be swinging through the region late Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening.

There is a chance of an isolated shower north of the region, but we will stay dry as we head throughout the day.

High temperatures remaining a few degrees below average, into the middle 50s by Saturday afternoon.

Once that disturbance moves off to the east, we will clear things out after midnight tonight and then this Sunday morning.
