Heartwarming rescue: Michigan Humane helps paralyzed dog walk again Xena is currently available for adoption
Michigan Humane’s Field Services Team recently found Xena, a dog who could not move her back legs, abandoned in Detroit
Struggling to get around, Xena was in a difficult situation until Michigan Humane stepped in to help.
The team fitted Xena with a wheelchair, giving her newfound mobility and the ability to move much more easily.
On Wednesday (Oct. 29), Local 4 captured an uplifting moment of Xena enjoying her new freedom.
Xena is currently available for adoption.
Anyone interested in giving her a loving home is encouraged to contact Michigan Humane.
