Deadly shooting near Detroit barber shop leaves one dead, another in serious condition A third person is in custody, but police have not released any information about a possible motive
DETROIT – Police are investigating a deadly shooting near a barber shop on Detroit’s west side.
The shooting occurred on Friday (Oct. 31) in the 20500 block of Schaefer Highway, between West 8 Mile Road and Norfolk Street, around 5:29 p.m.
Police said two people were shot, leaving one man dead and another in serious condition.
A third person is in custody, but police have not released any information about a possible motive.
