Flint’s Claressa Shields signs $8M multi-fight deal, one of the biggest in women’s boxing history She last defended her title against Lani Daniels this past July at Little Caesars Arena
Flint native and undisputed heavyweight champion Claressa Shields just signed a new multi-fight deal worth $8 million.
The $8M deal is one of the largest in women’s boxing history. That means Local 4, we can expect to see Shields back in the ring in early 2026.

She last defended her title against Lani Daniels this past July at Little Caesars Arena.
We don’t know yet how many fights are included or who she’ll face next. But stay tuned, it’s going to be exciting.
