DETROIT – The new list of Michigan’s most dangerous intersections has been released, and we’ve got the top 20.
Michigan Auto Law uses data from Michigan State Police to rank the most dangerous intersections in the state each year. On Monday, Nov. 17, the rankings from 2024 were revealed.
This year, 19 of the 20 most dangerous intersections are located in Metro Detroit, with only one outside the metro area.
Any road with a traffic signal, a four-way stop, or a roundabout qualifies as an intersection. Crashes within 200 feet count toward an intersection’s total.
