Detroit police seek 2 men in east side home break-in, vandalism

Reward offered for information on east side vandalism

DETROIT – Police in Detroit are looking for two men accused of breaking into a home on the city’s east side.

According to authorities, two men destroyed two surveillance cameras on a Devonshire Road home, near Bremen Street, on Nov. 26. Police said after damaging the cameras, the two men broke into the house and trashed the inside before leaving.

Surveillance footage of the men outside the home can be watched in the video player above.

Police said the two men attempted to break into the same home later the same day, but were unable to.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Detroit Police Department at 313-596-5540 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.

A $1,000 reward has been offered for information that leads to an arrest.

Tips must include the case number 2511260272.
