After an extensive renovation, the home is up “for sale to the general public for the first time in 70 years,” according to the Zillow listing. It’s listed at $350,000.
It now features a kitchen with quartz counters and has white oak hardwood throughout. The bathroom was also redesigned, and now features custom tile work and a “huge” walk-in shower, according to the listing.
