On Jan. 29, 2026, Wagner allegedly doxxed a Michigan man with pro-ICE views. He allegedly published the person’s phone number, date of birth and address in Oak Park, Michigan, on social media. In the same post, he allegedly threatened the man and later admitted that he doxxed his parents’ house while calling him a “bb nazi boy.”
“We can all knock on strangers doors. . . See you soon kiddo - stay safe out here [sic],” he allegedly stated on a social media post with the Michigan man’s personal information.
The Michigan man, who federal authorities said has pro-ICE views, had a reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury after seeing Wagner allegedly post his personal information on a public account.
Federal officials said Wagner, a Minneapolis man and self-identified Antifa member, has publicly denounced ICE agents and referred to them as aggressors, the ”gestapo" and murderers.
Antifa, short for anti-fascist, is a loosely organized left-wing movement or political ideology.
Federal authorities said Wagner posts frequently on his social media pages, publicly expressing his anti-ICE views, while also allegedly threatening to harm immigration officers.
In court documents filed on Feb. 3, 2026, federal officials provided multiple social media posts Wagner allegedly posted on his personal accounts expressing hate towards ICE and “advocating for physical confrontation.”
For example, Wagner allegedly posted a video to his Instagram account on Jan. 8, 2026, saying, “I’ve already bled for this city, I’ve already fought for this city, this is nothing new, we’re ready this time, ICE we’re f****** coming for you.”
Federal officials believe the video, among other social media posts, was a direct threat to ICE agents, and Wagner used his Instagram account “with the intent to kill, injure, harass, intimidate” the Michigan man.
Wagner is also facing federal charges for allegedly calling for the murder and assault of ICE agents.
