DETROIT – Vertical Detroit announced it will close its Detroit location after serving the community for a decade.
In a Facebook post, the restaurant said, “After an incredible decade of serving the Detroit community, we have made the decision to close our doors here at Vertical Detroit. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your support and patronage throughout these years.”

Vertical Detroit said its last day of business will be on or before March 28.
Owners encouraged customers to visit the shop one more time before it closes.
They also said they will expand their retail operations this fall with a new Fine Wine Source location in Plymouth, and asked customers to visit the Fine Wine Source in Livonia for wine needs in the meantime.

Our guests have truly been the best part of this journey, from the celebrations and laughter, to every bottle that we shared, your support has meant everything to us. Thank you for being a part of the Vertical Detroit story over the past decade.
While we are closing this chapter, we look forward to the next. This fall, we will be expanding our retail footprint with an additional location of the Fine Wine Source in Plymouth, Michigan.
