The charges stem from a May 6 shooting in Clinton Township, where a man was shot in the face. Authorities said the victim’s injury was not fatal and that Neal was identified as the shooter.

Neal’s bond was set at $250,000 and remains lodged at the Juvenile Justice Center in Mount Clemens.

His probable cause conference is scheduled for June 22.
