1 dead after 4-vehicle crash in Detroit

DETROIT – According to Michigan State Police one person has died after a four-car-collision in Detroit.

Police say they responded to the crash around 11 p.m. on July 18, at westbound I-94 near Brush Street.

Preliminary investigation indicates the crash happened after multiple vehicles were traveling at a high speed, police say resulting in a chain-reaction collision.

At this time there is no additional information on other individuals involved in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
