Video captures moment gunshots rang out during fireworks in Downtown Detroit

DETROIT – Video posted to social media shows the moments shots were fired Monday night at the fireworks and the panic that ensued after an innocent bystander was hit.
The fireworks were underway as masses of people began running from the Spirit of Detroit.
Police said a gun was pulled out during an argument and a woman was shot. Two persons of interest, an adult and a juvenile, were taken into custody shortly after the shooting.
Detroit police Chief James Craig held a news conference Tuesday afternoon and said the adult was released from custody and the juvenile is facing a curfew violation.
The woman was rushed to Detroit Receiving Hospital and is in stable condition.
