TAYLOR, Mich. – A special metro Detroit couple was married live on Local 4 News Today Tuesday morning on the unique date of 11/12/13.
Jodi Auvil and Ramon Romano of Plymouth were married at the Little Wedding Chapel in Taylor.

The pair is among thousands of couples expected to tie the knot on 11/12/13.
November is traditionally one of the least popular months for weddings, but this month will see nearly eight times as many brides as last year, according to experts.
David's Bridal predicts 3,000 couples will get married on Tuesday.
The date, 11/12/13, is four times as popular as the average Tuesday in November, according to wedding website TheKnot.com.
Anja Winikka, site director for the TheKnot, told the Today Show she has noticed a number of couples rushing to make 11/12/13 their special day. "After 12/13/14 next year, there won't be any more of these consecutive dates."
