Jason Carr finds injured dog spooked by Michigan fireworks, reunites her with owner No description found
DETROIT – Dogs and fireworks don't usually mix. Local 4's Jason Carr found this to be even more true when a dog appeared on a lakeshore, scared and injured, needing help.
