DETROIT – Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford reportedly has a new home in Atlanta - and it's pretty, pretty nice.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports Stafford has purchased a nearly 10,000 square foot home in Atlanta, Georgia for $3.85 million.
According to the real estate company, Dorsey Alston Realtors, the house has been sold, but the buyer has not been disclosed.
The home has 8 bedrooms, and 8 full bathrooms.
Stafford, who grew up in the Dallas, Texas area, attended the University of Georgia, where he met his wife Kelly.
Stafford is due to be the highest paid player in the NFL, as he and the Lions continue to work on a contract extension.
