DETROIT – The Detroit Pistons are shopping their biggest off-season signing, forward Josh Smith, according to Grantland's Zach Lowe.
The report indicates the Pistons are looking for more than expiring contracts in return for Smith.
The former Atlanta Hawks star signed a four-year, $54 million deal with Detroit this past off-season.
The Pistons currently sit 2.5 games out of a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. They fired head coach Maurice Cheeks a couple of weeks ago.
