Jabrill Peppers suffers injury during practice, will be excluded from Orange Bowl

DETROIT – Michigan’s Jabrill Peppers has been ruled out for Friday night’s Orange bowl. The Heisman finalist sustained an injury during practice and won’t play, according to team officials.
