Detroit Lions respond after new jerseys leak hours before planned release

DETROIT – The Detroit Lions have responded publicly after their new jerseys were leaked on social media just hours before they were supposed to be officially released during an exclusive event.

Season ticket holders were supposed to get the first official look at the new Lions jerseys on Thursday night at a special event. But after pictures began to circulate on social media of the new jerseys, the Lions didn’t try to deny their authenticity.
