The Fremont, Ohio, native left her mark on the historic all-women’s card promoted by Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions, which she is signed to, on Netflix inside Madison Square Garden.

After a lengthy layoff, Baumgardner, the Undisputed Women’s Junior Lightweight Champion, stepped back into the ring for the first time since September 2024, where a clash of heads vs. Delfine Persoon ended the bout in a no-contest due to a significant cut over Persoon’s eye.

She started the fireworks during the ring walk, letting those watching worldwide and in person know that “The Bomb,” she was the living example of Beauty and the Beast.

She was a showwoman as she came out to Johnny Kemp’s “Just Got Paid,” rocking her hips to the groove, letting boxing fans know that she was very confident.

The career of the 31-year-old took a brief pause after she tested positive for a banned substance, Mesterolone, days before her win over Christina Linardatou inside the Masonic Temple in July of 2023.

Baumgardner was found not guilty of intentionally taking the banned substance by the World Boxing Council in January of 2024.

The German, Japanese, Korean, and African-American boxer is a mixture of her punching ability and aggressive approach in the squared circle, throwing massive punches that earn her the nickname “The Bomb.”

She has since moved to Texas to train with 2023 Trainer of the Year Derrick James for her July 11 fight against Miranda, and it looked like the changes were implemented as she was throwing the left hook on top of her explosive right hand.

1st round

Baumgardner came out cautiously in the first round as she was getting a feel of Miranda, but it seemed The Bomb seemed to take a 10-9 round.

Miranda was cautious as well as the opening round was a filler for both women in front of a packed MSG.

2nd round

Miranda took a tumble in the round, but the referee called it an accidental slip.

But Baumgardner came out more aggressive in the round as she landed combinations by letting her hands go, taking another 10-9 round.

3rd round

Miranda started countering Baumgardner in the third round as she was eating leather.

Baumgardner seemed to be looking to entertain the crowd by going for a knockout, but she was leaving her chin open while trying to throw that magnificent right hand while dropping her left hand.

4th round

The fight started to pick up in the fourth round as both women were exchanging shots.

Miranda looked to have taken that round as Baumgardner continued to get hit with wide-open shots.

5th round

Baumgardner came out in the fifth round, popping the jab while getting lower to change the trajectory while going southpaw.

The 31-year-old brought the momentum back to her side as she started chopping at the taller Miranda.

6th round

Baumgardner continued to pop the jab until both women started throwing bombs in an even exchange.

Miranda started putting up some resistance while answering back as the crowd started to get into the fight.

Miranda cut back into the lead as Baumgardner is leading by two points through six.

7th round

Baumgardner started pumping the jab more as both women started exchanging once again, this time in the middle of the round.

Miranda is a tough cookie to break, as she started eating leather but was able to give some blows as well.

Baumgardner is leading 68-65 on the unofficial scorecard, but this fight is very entertaining.

8th round

The eighth round brought fatigue to both women, who continued to throw hands in this brutal fight.

Miranda would throw and then Baumgardner would counter and or vice versa.

9th round

The fight is close as Baumgardner, depending on how the judges score it could go either way.

Miranda started picking up momentum as the fans started cheering for her as fatigue was very present.

Both women continued to land big punches, and it’s starting to look very close.

10th round

Both women decided to lay it all on the line as the unofficial scorecard has Baumgardner up 87-84, but it’s looking like a toss-up thus far.

It’s going to come down to the scorecard, but Baumgardner looked to do enough.

Miranda put up a heck of a performance as Baumgarner won by unanimous decision.

She didn’t get the knockout, but she threw enough bombs for the outcome of the fight to go in her favor.
