Detroit Lions release first unofficial 2017 depth chart

DETROIT – The Detroit Lions are giving fans their first look at the 2017 depth chart.

The team released their unofficial 2017 depth chart, which is sure to change by the end of the NFL preseason, which begins Sunday for Detroit.

There aren't any huge surprises to note, but rookie wide receiver Kenny Golladay is slotted as third, with TJ Jones fourth.

Greg Robinson is starting at left guard for injured Taylor Decker.

On defense, rookie Jarrad Davis is starting at middle linebacker, alongside Tahir Whitehead and Antwione Williams.

Golden Tate and Dwayne Washington are slotted to handle punt and kick returns.
