Former baseball star Alexander Rodriguez had half a million dollars worth of personal items stolen from his rented SUV in San Francisco over the weekend. A-Rod was in San Francisco to cover a ballgame for ESPN. The theft happened when A-Rod and several ESPN colleagues went for dinner after the game, leaving his rented SUV parked on the street. San Francisco has been plagued by an epidemic of car break-ins as Inside Edition Chief Investigative Correspondent Lisa Guerrero found out when she deliberately left a speaker and pocketbook in her car as bait last year during an investigation. What the thief didn't know was that she had placed tracking devices on the speaker and the pocketbook.

Duane "Dog" Chapman is offering a reward for information about the burglary of his family's store in Edgewater, Colorado. Beth Chapman died of cancer in June in a Honolulu hospital. The pair and their son Leland also starred in CMT's reality series, "Dog and Beth: On the Hunt," from 2013 to 2015. They later revealed during the A&E special "Dog & Beth: Fight of Their Lives" that she was cancer-free.

The Chapmans starred in the popular reality series "Dog the Bounty Hunter," which chronicled the adventures of their family-owned bounty hunting business and aired from 2004 to 2012. "Beth wanted nothing more than for the show to go on, and I am so proud of the legacy that she left behind. The pair and their son Leland also starred in CMT's reality series, "Dog and Beth: On the Hunt," for three seasons from 2013 to 2015.

(CNN) - Mourners gathered to say goodbye to reality TV star Beth Chapman at a memorial service in Hawaii on Saturday. Chapman, star of "Dog the Bounty Hunter," had recently been placed in a medically induced coma while she battled cancer. Her memorial service in Waikiki started with a prayer then family and friends paddled out from Fort DeRussy Beach and tossed flowers into the ocean in her memory, CNN affiliate KHNL reported. Along with her husband, Duane "Dog" Chapman, the couple had homes in Hawaii and Colorado. "(The memorial) was beautiful and overwhelming, for sure," Misti Manasas, a family friend of the Chapmans, told the affiliate.

Daughter Bonnie Chapman tweeted that she never thought she would lose her mother at the age of 20. (CNN) - Beth Chapman, who with her husband Duane "Dog" Chapman starred in the popular reality series "Dog the Bounty Hunter," died Wednesday in a Honolulu hospital, a spokesperson for the family confirmed to CNN. Gillian Sheldon told CNN that Chapman died early this morning and was surrounded by her family. According to the "Dog the Bounty Hunter" site, Chapman served on the executive board of the national association before winning a bid for its presidency in February 2016. They later revealed during the A&E special, "Dog & Beth: Fight of Their Lives," that the cancer had been removed and she was cancer free. Beth Chapman told the Star Advertiser newspaper in January that she was committed to regaining her health.
