No charges will be filed in a deadly road rage shooting that happened Friday night at an intersection just off of 8 Mile Road near Kelly Road in Eastpointe.

The family of an 18-year-old father who was killed by a pickup truck driver while riding his minibike in Eastpointe is demanding justice while awaiting a charging decision.
