Michigan football: A promotion, another staff departure, NFL updates
A staffer with the Michigan football program has moved into a new role — with a new, significant, job title. A Michigan spokesman did not immediately confirm the move late Sunday, but Larkins uses the title, “Director of Recruiting University of Michigan” on social media. In his new role, Larkins will lead a team of recruiting staff members charged with identifying potential high-school recruits, setting up visits and serving as primary contacts for incoming players. Prior to his arrival, Larkins was special teams coordinator at Bethune-Cookman from 2015 to 2019 and linebackers and special teams coach at Jacksonville State University and The Citadel. White joins former Michigan assistant Maurice Linguist, who departed Jim Harbaugh’s staff earlier this month to become head coach at UB.

Trump was very upset when he saw that video," White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said Thursday. The White House and Department of Justice have long had the power to address these issues. Sharpton credited both the magnitude of outrage in response to Floyd's death as well as the upcoming election for the changed approach.
