ANN ARBOR – Conversational AI startup Clinc has appointed IT veteran Jon Newhard as its new chief executive officer. In April, Clinc laid off a third of its employees due to the coronavirus pandemic. “Conversational AI is revolutionizing the financial services industry, helping to personalize and improve the customer experience, an important part of digital transformation.
