DETROIT -- A suspect is in custody after police discovered 41 stolen packages in a vehicle during a traffic stop. According to the Detroit Police Department, Officers Corey Davis and Malcom Jackson were heading northbound on Greenfield, approaching West McNichols around 3:40 a.m. Wednesday. The officers then spotted the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. All 41 of the packages had addresses on them for residents in Farmington and Farmington Hills. After contacting those departments and learning the packages were reported stolen, the officers placed the suspect under arrest and the suspect was taken to the Detroit Detention Center.

Davis signed a three-year, $37.5 million deal with the New York Jets Monday, after spending the last four seasons with the Tennessee Titans. In four seasons with Tennessee, Davis tallied 222 catches for 3,017 yards and 14 touchdowns. The Browns had their best-scoring half ever, leading 38-7 at halftime, topping the 35 points scored in the second half at Cincinnati in 2004. The Titans made it interesting late, outscoring the Browns 28-3 in the second half. Mayfield became the first Browns quarterback to throw four TDs in the first half since Hall of Famer Otto Graham in 1951. That’s the guy that the Cleveland Browns know who he is. Tennessee opened the second half scoring back-to-back touchdowns within the first six minutes.
