The brewery says the products will be available in some stores ahead of of Fat Tuesday

BIRMINGHAM, MI – Griffin Claw Brewing Company is celebrating Fat Tuesday in a big way in 2022. The Birmingham-based brewery announced this week that in addition to releasing its popular paczki stout, they will also offer a paczki-flavored vodka this year as well. Staff said the vodka is inspired by Detroit City Distillery, which has released its own paczki vodka in recent years to much excitement. We always make a paczki beer, but we had way too many paczki for our beer recipe this year, so we just threw them in the still”, said Jason Schrider, Operations Director at Griffin Claw. It will be available at both Griffin Claw taprooms in Birmingham and Rochester Hills along with the paczki stout, both sharing the Fat Tuesday spirited name, Sin / Repent / Repeat.
