The Big Ten announced revisions to the 2022 football schedule on Wednesday (Jan. 12) for all 14 teams in the conference, including two noticeable changes for the Michigan Wolverines.

Michigan’s football program has added a second top-100 recruit in the 2022 class. Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy Keon Sabb, who decommitted from Clemson on Dec. 6, signed with the Wolverines on Wednesday, the opening day of the early signing window. The Wolverines have bolstered their secondary this cycle, also adding four-star safety Zeke Barry, three-star cornerback Myles Pollard and three-star safety Damani Dent. Four-star defensive back Kody Jones also is committed by has not signed his NLI yet. Sabb spent the first three seasons of his high school career at Williamstown (N.J.).

Sabb’s decommitment comes a day after Clemson defensive coordinator Brent Venables left to take the head coaching job at Oklahoma. “Michigan the likely landing spot,” Hickey reported. If Michigan can land Sabb, he would become its second top-100 recruit in the class, joining Grosse Pointe South five-star cornerback Will Johnson.
