EMU admin allegedly drove naked while touching himself inappropriately
DEARBORN, MI – An Eastern Michigan University administrator is facing a felony charge after allegedly driving around Dearborn naked while touching himself inappropriately, officials said. Michael Tew, associate provost and associate vice president for academic programming and strategy at EMU, was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 7, at his Dearborn home related to the alleged incident. It was brought to the attention of the Dearborn Police Department on Friday, Sept. 2. “This sort of conduct is illegal and will not be tolerated in Dearborn,” Dearborn Police Chief Issa Shahin said. He is charged with misdemeanor aggravated indecent exposure and felony indecent exposure with sexually delinquent person notice.
