Nearly 15 years after three young boys went missing in Morenci, the community continues to seek answers and justice. Their father, John Skelton, faces new charges in the case that has haunted the town for over a decade.

A group has never been identified or come forward, and John Skelton’s story has changed since his initial claim. According to the family, John Skelton came up for a parole review in July but was denied.

MORENCI, Mich. (AP) – Students in a southern Michigan school district are getting a long weekend because of bed bugs. Morenci schools in Lenawee County are closed Thursday and Friday. The superintendent says a “few” bugs were discovered in the high school Tuesday. Michael McAran says the district is using a rubbing alcohol spray in buildings as well as dogs that can detect bed bugs. Morenci is in southeastern Michigan near the Ohio border.
