SOUTHWEST DETROIT RESTAURANT WEEK

You can experience the delicious flavors of Southwest Detroit during Hispanic Heritage Month. Twenty restaurants with Latin Roots will be showcasing their food for Southwest Detroit Restaurant Week.

Neighborhood fave Taqueria El Rey also plans to reopen with a food truck and Lincoln Park location

The event was founded and organized by Monica Echeverri Casarez and Juan Carlos Dueweke-Perez, and its sponsored by the Southwest Detroit Business Association. This year, each participating restaurant will offer an exclusive off-menu dish made special for the week-long event.
