President Donald Trump has returned to the stage of the rescheduled White House Correspondents’ Association dinner.

Hundreds of former or retired journalists and eight press freedom groups have called on the White House Correspondents’ Association to stand up against the Trump administration’s recent attacks on the press at its rescheduled dinner this week.

The White House Correspondents Association dinner has been rescheduled for July 24.
