DETROIT – Northbound I-75 has reopened at Springwells in Southwest Detroit after a jackknifed semi truck blocked all lanes Friday morning.
The semi truck was jackknifed and blocking the northbound lanes. It's unclear if any other vehicles were involved in this crash.
