OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – Police are advising residents in the area of West Rose Center Road and Hickory Ridge Road in Oakland County to remain inside their homes because of an active police situation.
North Oakland County Fire Authority Assistant Chief Tim Seal urged residents in Rose Township to stay indoors on Thursday (July 9) and call 911 if they notice anything unusual.
Police have not released details about the nature of the incident or whether anyone is being sought.
