Westbound I-94 reopens at West Grand Boulevard after truck fire

Truck catches fire on interstate

DETROIT – The westbound lanes of I-94 have reopened at West Grand Boulevard in Detroit after a truck fire.

Police had to shut down the westbound lanes about 6 a.m. Monday. The truck was burning near the right shoulder. 

The stretch is back open to traffic.

It is not known if anyone has been injured.
