AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – A “serious” crash in Auburn Hills has sparked a police investigation and caused road closures in the area.
The crash happened Thursday afternoon, Oct. 2, 2025, on South Boulevard, near Adams Road.
Six police cars have blocked South Boulevard at the intersection of Adams Road, so drivers cannot turn west.
Aerial footage shows the crash about a quarter-mile west of the intersection. A car flipped upside down in the grass north of the road.
No details about the crash have been revealed, but Bloomfield Township police said Auburn Hills officials are investigating. They called it a “serious crash.”
Drivers in the area should expect road closures and delays, they said.
Vehicles from the Auburn Hills Police Department and Auburn Hills Fire Department were at the scene. The fire vehicles left around 2:20 p.m. Thursday.
