ATV, dirt bike riders pop wheelies during rush hour traffic on Detroit's east side

No injuries were reported

DETROIT – More than a dozen people riding on all-terrain vehicles and dirt bikes zoomed through rush hour traffic on Detroit's east side Tuesday between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m.

The large group was spotted by Sky 4 performing wheelies and running red lights on Livernois Avenue before hopping onto 8 Mile Road and continuing their antics.

Eventually, the group turned off 8 Mile Road and headed south on Gratiot Avenue.

No injuries were reported.

Detroit police said they did not receive complaints about the group.
