President Biden visits Buffalo as hate crime investigation continues after mass shooting

Investigators continue to gather evidence and work to piece together what happened during a mass shooting at a grocery store in Buffalo, New York, that killed 10 Black people. President Joe Biden and his wife Jill Biden are visiting the city Tuesday to meet with families of victims.
