Teen cancer patient gives back for Christmas in Ann Arbor

Harper Mathis has spent years fighting a cancerous brain tumor, and she knows what it's like to spend Christmas in the hospital. So Harper, along with some help from the Ann Arbor Police Department, decided to do something to make kids feel just a bit better at what can be a very difficult time.
