Rosa Parks Foundation increases scholarship amounts for Detroit students carrying on her legacy

This weekend marks the 111th birthday of Rosa Parks, the mother of the Civil Rights movement. During her time living in Detroit, she created the Rosa Parks Scholarship Foundation. This year, they are increasing the scholarship amount. Our Megan Woods shows us how Rosa Parks' great niece is getting involved.
