Kingdom of God Global Church leaders accused of abuse, forced labor in multi-state case

Pastor David Taylor, accused of leading a forced labor scheme involving the Kingdom of God Global Church, has returned to Michigan for a bond hearing. He, alongside Michelle Brannon, allegedly coerced church members to work in call centers without pay, using punishments like sleep deprivation and physical abuse for non-compliance. While Brannon, considered Taylor's second in command, was released on bond with restrictions, Taylor's bond status will be determined at an upcoming hearing.
