Lincoln Park man builds DIY speed bump to stop speeders, police order removal

A frustrated Lincoln Park man took traffic control into his own hands. Literally building his own speed bump to slow down speeding drivers on his street. But police say it quickly became a safety concern, and ordered him to remove it less than an hour later.
